Founded in 1989, TTE Laboratories provides pipette calibration, repair and validation service, and sells pipettes, supplies and accessories. TTE Laboratories has grown pipettes.com into a full commerce operation.
TTE asked iMarc to replace its manually-created online catalog with a database-driven web system. This system draws its data from TTE's inventory databases — including part numbers, descriptions, photographs and links to related products (facilitating cross-selling and add-ons).
The new system makes it easier for customers to browse, search and buy products, while TTE benefits from increased efficiency and lower cost of operations.
